Policy Statement:

At Al Qasr Al Muneer Tr LLC, we prioritize the health and safety of our employees, clients, and the community. In line with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) announcement regarding the end of the COVID-19 global health emergency.

We acknowledge the progress made in combating the virus. However, we firmly believe that maintaining precautionary measures, including vaccination, is essential to safeguarding the well-being of our workforce and minimizing the risk of any potential outbreaks. Therefore, this policy outlines the requirements and guidelines for COVID-19 vaccination for all employees of Al Qasr Al Muneer Tr LLC.

Policy Guidelines:

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:
a. All employees, regardless of their role or position, are required to receive the COVID-19 vaccination to ensure a safe working environment.
b. Proof of vaccination must be provided to the Human Resources department by [Insert Date: Usually within 30 days of policy implementation].
c. Employees who have already received the vaccine should submit their vaccination certificates immediately.
d. If an employee has not been vaccinated yet, they must schedule their vaccination appointment and provide the vaccination certificate as soon as possible.

will support and facilitate access to COVID-19 vaccinations by providing employees with relevant information on vaccination centers, appointment booking procedures, and vaccine availability.
b. Employees will be encouraged to consult with their healthcare providers or relevant authorities for any medical concerns or questions about the vaccine.
c. The company may organize vaccination drives or provide time off to employees to receive their vaccinations.

Confidentiality and Privacy:
a. Employee vaccination records will be treated as confidential medical information.
b. Human Resources will maintain the confidentiality of employees’ vaccination status and records.
c. Vaccination status will only be shared on a need-to-know basis with authorized personnel involved in ensuring compliance with this policy or protecting public health.

Exemptions:
a. In exceptional circumstances, employees may request an exemption from the vaccination requirement for medical or religious reasons.
b. Employees seeking an exemption must submit a written request along with supporting documentation to the Human Resources department.
c. Exemptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and reasonable accommodations will be explored where possible and permissible under local laws.

Compliance and Consequences:
a. Non-compliance with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, as deemed appropriate by the company.
b. Failure to provide proof of vaccination or requested exemption documentation by the specified deadline may result in temporary suspension or other appropriate measures.

Updates to the Policy:
a. This policy will be reviewed periodically to align with changing guidance from health authorities and local regulations.
b. Any updates or changes to the policy will be communicated to all employees.
